Before placing an order with Kindred Spirit Boutique and Gift, please read the following Terms and Conditions:

Stock discrepancies may occur. While the website is updated automatically, there may be instances where an instore customer may be purchasing the exact same item, at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day. If it is an item that we can reorder we will give you the option and advise you of the new delivery date. If we can't reorder it, we will issue you a refund immediately. 

Pre orderis occasionally offered on popular styles. 'Pre order' means that stock has been secured from our supplier, but it is currently unavailable instore. Because it is not available in store to look at or try on, you will need to read the item description carefully to confirm that it is the right garment for you.
There are no refunds on pre orders for change of mind. It is also expected that you check the estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the time of purchase so that you are aware of the delivery time frame. Any changes to this date, unfortunately are out of our control, but if this date changes we will notify you asap.
Pre orders can not be exchanged before delivery.
Any other items that you order together with a pre order item will be held until the pre order item/s arrive. Should you need the other items sooner, please made a separate order. If you have already made the purchase, please contact by email or phone to make the changes.

Sale ItemsAll sale Items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Unfortunately we are not able to hold or transfer sale items.

Promotional, peak and sale periods are a very busy time at Kindred Spirit, so please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Due to high demand, stock discrepancies are more likely to occur and although we make every effort to fulfill your order, any items that are unavailable will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot contact you personally if your order is affected, so we apologise for any disappointment in advance. Please expect an email notification from us that the refund has been processed.

Colour discrepancies occur when the colour in a product image comes across differently across different devices, depending on what is being used. While Kindred Spirit takes every possible action to ensure imagery is a true representation of each product and not at all deceptive, we cannot control how colour is depicted across different devices.
