If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us during business hours. We will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours, however please allow 72 hours for enquiries made over the weekend.
Change of Mind you can return an online purchase for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. The garment must be in new condition with the tags still attached. You are expected to cover the cost of postage to return the garment, or you are more than welcome to hand deliver the item back to one of our stores. Only once the garment has been received by us, will a store credit be issued. This does not apply to items bought at a discount or on sale.
Please note: We recommend sending returns via registered post as 'lost' items will not be issued a store credit.
Wrong size an item can be exchanged for another size if the preferred size is currently in stock and the original item is in perfect condition, with the tags still on. If the preferred size is no longer available then it will be treated as a 'change of mind' return. This does not apply to items bought at a discount or on sale.
Faulty Goods if a product is faulty please call 0410 422 303 during business hours or email us at email@example.com to record the fault. Please allow 48 hours during weekdays and 72 hours on the weekend for a response. You will be asked to take a photo of the manufacturing fault and either text it to 0410 422 303 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org so that this can be forwarded to the supplier on your behalf. Once accepted by the supplier we will issue you with a full refund, including any postage costs to return the item.
Cash refunds are not an option. We only ever issue store credits or full refunds on the original credit card used to make the purchase.
